E Instruments at the A&T Vicenza 2026 Trade Fair: Measurement, Calibration, and Safety in Hall 7

E Instruments will be present at A&T Vicenza 2026, scheduled from 27 to 29 October 2026 at the Vicenza Exhibition Centre, one of the most important events dedicated to technologies for manufacturing industry, automation, testing and quality control. E Instruments will be at Pavilion 7, Stand B10-A09, where it will present a selection of new and established products in the fields of gas detection, thermal imaging and pressure and temperature calibration.

Participation in the A&T fair represents a concrete opportunity for E Instruments to meet engineers, production managers, maintenance and quality professionals directly, and to discuss requirements related to measurement, control and diagnostics in industrial processes.

A&T Vicenza 2026: a meeting point for the manufacturing industry

A&T Vicenza was created with the aim of connecting the world of industrial technology with the concrete needs of businesses in the region. The fair is aimed in particular at the manufacturing sector of north-east Italy and offers a path dedicated to the technologies that are transforming industrial production.

The 2026 edition is built around six main thematic areas: automation and robotics, testing and metrology, intralogistics, digital manufacturing, control systems and additive manufacturing. These are increasingly interconnected fields in a production environment where the quality of measured data, operator safety and plant reliability are becoming strategic requirements rather than merely technical ones.

Products on show at the E Instruments stand

At Pavilion 7, Stand B10-A09, E Instruments will present a selection of professional instrumentation covering three fundamental application areas for industry: the detection of hazardous gases, thermal diagnostics and pressure and temperature calibration.

Portable gas detection: Crowcon UnoIQ and DuoIQ

Among the most notable new products at the stand will be the new Crowcon IQ series portable gas detectors: the modular single-gas detector UnoIQ for the detection of a single gas and the dual-gas detector DuoIQ for the simultaneous monitoring of two gases.

Both devices are designed for the most demanding working environments: ATEX certified Ex ia IIC T4 Ga, rated IP66 and IP68, weighing just 135 grams and offering high mechanical resistance. The most distinctive feature of the IQ series is its modular philosophy: the sensor trays are interchangeable and pre-calibrated, replaceable by the operator in a matter of seconds without manufacturer intervention, which drastically reduces downtime and maintenance costs.

The modular single-gas detector UnoIQ offers battery life of up to one month between charges and integrates with Crowcon's IQhub for automated bump tests in under 10 seconds and calibration in under 30 seconds — a workflow designed for high-operativity environments. The dual-gas detector DuoIQ covers scenarios where simultaneous monitoring of two gases is required (typically a toxic gas and oxygen), with battery life of up to one week of continuous operation. Both devices communicate via Bluetooth and NFC with the Crowcon Connect platform for real-time monitoring, calibration certificate management and regulatory compliance.

Intelligent portable thermal camera: Guide Sensmart Hammer II

The intelligent thermal camera Hammer II by Guide Sensmart is the high-performance portable thermal camera designed for the most demanding industrial inspections and for the maintenance of electrical networks. The flagship model (H6) integrates a high-sensitivity detector with NETD below 15 mK and a resolution of 640×480 pixels, paired with the proprietary ApexVision S1 system, which guarantees sharp thermal images and reliable temperature data even in difficult environmental conditions.

The most innovative technical feature is the TwinView DFoV lens: a dual-optic, single-lens design that allows instant switching from a wide-angle view for long-range scanning to zoom mode for close-range measurement, without changing the lens. This eliminates the main limitation of traditional thermal cameras in the field, where swapping optics in noisy or elevated environments is often impractical.

The 50 Hz acquisition rate ensures loss-free detection of moving thermal anomalies, while the temperature range from -40°C to 2000°C covers applications ranging from inspections in cold environments to measurement on industrial furnaces and reactors. The battery charges to 90% in one hour, minimising operational downtime. The 4.3" LCD display with 800×480 resolution and 5 focusing modes complete a package designed for technicians working on complex and varied inspections.

Pressure and temperature calibration: Additel ADT760 and ADT835

On the calibration side, E Instruments will present two Additel instruments covering the calibration of pressure and temperature in industrial and laboratory environments.

The portable automatic pressure calibrator ADT760 is available in pneumatic (ADT760A, up to 3,015 psi) and hydraulic (ADT760S, up to 15,000 psi) versions. With an accuracy of 0.02% FS, a 5" touchscreen display, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB connectivity and an integrated HART communicator function, the ADT760 automates the entire calibration cycle for pressure transmitters — from applying the reference signal to generating the certificate — significantly reducing time per instrument and operator error. It is the ideal solution for calibration laboratories, quality departments and field maintenance teams managing high volumes of transmitters.

The portable calibration bath ADT835 is the portable calibration bath for temperature probes, with an operating range from -30°C to 250°C and the unique ability to calibrate dozens of probes simultaneously in a single cycle — up to 4 sanitary sensors with a 50mm stem or 40 probes with a 6.35mm stem. Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity enables remote control via mobile app or cloud, while the multi-bath mode allows the centralised management of multiple units simultaneously. A particularly valued instrument for those who need to calibrate large numbers of probes in production or pharmaceutical environments, where calibration cycle productivity is a critical factor.

Measurement, calibration and safety: the common thread running through the stand

The products E Instruments is presenting at A&T do not belong to the same product category, but they all respond to a common need running through modern manufacturing industry: the quality and reliability of the acquired data — whether that means the concentration of a hazardous gas in the air, the temperature of a component under inspection, or the pressure in a process transmitter.

In a production environment increasingly oriented towards digitalisation and automation, measurement instrumentation constitutes the fundamental layer of the industrial architecture: it is the element that acquires information from the field and makes it available to control, supervision and documentation systems. The quality of that measurement — its accuracy, repeatability and traceability — determines the quality of everything built on top of it.

Industrial automation and digital integration

All the products that E Instruments will present in Vicenza share a design approach oriented towards digital integration and Industry 4.0. Crowcon detectors communicate in real time with cloud platforms for compliance and asset management. The Hammer II integrates artificial intelligence algorithms for thermal image enhancement and panoramic stitching of large areas. Additel calibrators support Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, mobile apps and data extraction software for the automatic documentation of calibrations.

This shared approach responds to an increasingly prevalent requirement in production and quality departments: having a precise instrument is not enough — it must be connectable and integrable into the digital workflows already in use.
