Insulation defects and untimely interruptions of RCDs can sometimes endanger the system and even the user, these phenomena are frequently caused by leakage currents, often difficult to detect. The F65 pocket clamps, in addition to being the solution recognized by professionals in the testing and maintenance sector in the industrial and tertiary fields for the search for insulation defects, provide a series of functions present in traditional clamp multimeters.

Thanks to the exceptional resolution (10 μA) and the strong immunity (70 dB) to parasitic currents, the F65 clamps are particularly suitable for measuring the leakage currents which activate the RCDs, which cause unbalance between the currents of the phases or that circulate on the ground. The anti-harmonic filter facilitates the search for these defects on perturbed and power systems (power rectifiers, variable speed drives, inverters…).
